Modules · Meeton Calendar · Steps 1 and 2
Type & display
The first two steps of a bookable calendar: what kind of meeting it is, and what the visitor sees while picking a time.
Step 1 · Type
| Type | Who hosts | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Individual | One host. | A named rep's calendar, an executive briefing. |
| Round-robin | One of several hosts, rotated. | Inbound demos shared across a team. |
| Group | Several hosts in one meeting. | A demo that needs sales and an engineer together. |
| External · TimeRex, immedio | Your existing booking page, embedded in the chat popup. | Teams already standardised on one of those tools. Bookings still record as leads; nothing is checked or invited by Meeton. Switch to a DynaMeet calendar to control duration, offsets and the booking window directly. |
Step 2 · Display
Display name
The name shown to visitors on the booking page. Enterprise Demo.
Description
Optional. Book a product demo with our sales team.
Calendar ID
A short, memorable ID for this calendar's booking link, used as
?calendarId=<this value> on any page where Meeton is installed. Lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens: sales-team. Changing it keeps old links and QR codes working; the old ID is added to the Redirects tab.Duration
Meeting length. Show meeting length to visitors shows "30 min meeting" while they pick a time; hidden, the invite still shows start and end.
Chat sidebar
A chat sidebar on the booking form, so visitors can ask questions while they book.
QR code
Generated from the calendar's URL; download as PNG for print.
Frequently asked questions
Can we change the calendar ID later?
Yes. The old ID is added to Redirects automatically, so printed QR codes and links in old emails keep working.
Group or round-robin for a demo with an engineer?
Group, with Split invitees: one from sales and one from engineering, and a time is offered only when someone in each list is free.
Should we show the meeting length?
Usually yes; it sets expectations. Hidden, the invite still carries start and end.
