Content
What the AI is allowed to write, where its links go, and whether emails carry buttons. The copy itself is never a template: each message is generated for one person from their own context.
Booking calendar
The bookable calendar linked in the email for meeting booking. The link carries the contact reference, so the booking lands on the right person.
Include CTA buttons
On, the AI includes Book a Meeting and Chat with AI buttons in generated emails. Off, emails are plain-text style, with no embedded buttons.
Goal and tone
What a follow-up is for (a reply, a booking), how formal it should be, and what the AI may and may not mention, such as pricing or discounts.
Language
Emails are written in the contact's language, inferred from their browsing and CRM record.
What the AI knows when it writes
- The contact's timeline: pages visited, documents read and how far, chat history, earlier emails and whether they were opened.
- The CRM record: owner, stage, company, and any notes synced from HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Your knowledge base, the same one Meeton Chat answers from, so claims and links are the ones you approved.
Review a few generated drafts in manual mode, or with a pre-approval lead time set under Cadence, before switching to fully automatic sending.
