Activation

Three switches, in the order you will turn them on: who is eligible, whether drafts are generated, and whether approved emails go out.

Enable email by default for new contacts
On, email follow-ups are automatically turned on for newly created contacts. Off, email must be enabled manually per contact.
Generate email drafts
On, the AI schedules and generates drafts at the pre-approval time, or at the scheduled send time, filling all slots up to the maximum.
Send emails
On, approved emails are automatically sent when their scheduled time arrives. Keep this off to stop all emails from being sent while you tune the rest. It cannot be turned on until the legal sender identity is complete.

Per-contact controls

  2. Read the drafts that arrive for a few days; adjust tone and instructions under Content.
  3. Turn on Send emails, then Enable by default for new contacts.
