Documents

Upload and organise what visitors can browse in the Library. Each document is a PDF with a title, summary, category and cover; the AI reads it in full so it can explain it, and every page gets its own suggested questions.

Uploading

  1. Upload a PDF

Decks exported to PDF work best. Processing extracts the text per page, generates a cover thumbnail and per-page quick replies; the row shows Processing…, then Ready, or Failed with the reason.

  2. Title, summary, category

Title and summary are required and are what the agent and Generate-from-Library read first. Categories: Case study, Integration guide, Report, Product overview, Whitepaper.

  3. Cover

Keep the generated thumbnail, upload your own, or regenerate. The cover is what ad creatives and chat cards show.

Per-document settings

Show in Hub
When enabled, the document is visible to website visitors in the Library hub. Off, it still exists for the agent to hand over and for share links.
Sort order
Lower numbers appear first. Use it to control the order documents appear in the hub.
Gate from page
Visitors must provide contact info to view pages from this page onwards. Gate from page 1 for a classic gated asset, or let the first pages read free.
Schedule
Optional start and end dates for when this document is available.
Boost on pages
The document is available on all pages; add URL patterns to prioritise it when a visitor is on a matching page. * is a wildcard: /product*, */product-a.
Quick replies
The suggested questions shown to visitors on each page. Leave blank to use the AI-generated defaults, written per page after processing.
Popup settings
Optional call-to-action button text for the popup, and whether the title shows below the cover, as an overlay, or not at all.

The documents table

Thumbnail, title, category, status, page count, estimated read time, whether it is in the hub, and sort order. Each row's docId is what Meeton.openLibrary({ docId }) and an ad creative's Hands over a document action use.

Tip

Once documents are Ready, Generate from Library on the Ads tab can turn them into draft creatives, and the chat agent can cite them as knowledge.
