Other CRMs
Two-way sync exists for HubSpot and Salesforce. For everything else there are three routes: push contacts into Oracle Eloqua by form, export contacts as CSV or Excel for import into any tool, and let the chat agent call your own APIs. This page says which to use for which CRM.
Which route for which tool
| Your tool | Route | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| HubSpot · Salesforce | Native sync · Native sync | Two-way: contacts out, activities out, status and deals back. |
| Oracle Eloqua | Form push, below | One-way: each new contact is posted to an Eloqua form with the fields you map. |
| Salesforce Pardot | Form capture on your site + Salesforce sync | Pardot form submissions identify the visitor; the lead then syncs to Salesforce. |
| Kintone, Zoho, Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Sansan, a spreadsheet, anything else | CSV or Excel export, below | One-way, on your schedule: every contact with its details, your lead-form custom fields and its CRM sync status. |
| Your own system | Your APIs, below | The chat agent can look things up in, or write to, endpoints you register. |
Slack, Microsoft 365 and Google are integrations too, but not CRMs: Slack carries notifications, Microsoft 365 and Google provide calendars and video links. Notification webhooks post to Google Chat and are not a CRM feed.
Oracle Eloqua
The Eloqua card sits on the CRM Sync page below HubSpot and Salesforce, with no connect step: it posts each new contact to an Eloqua form, the same way a form on your site would.
12345.Eloqua receives a form submission, so what happens next (contact creation, campaign membership, lead scoring) is set up in Eloqua's form processing steps, not in Meeton. Nothing is read back.
CSV and Excel export
From the contacts table, export the current filter to a file and import it into your CRM with its own import tool. Three formats:
| Format | Use it for |
|---|---|
| UTF-8 CSV | Excel on Windows and Google Sheets. The most universal format. |
| Shift-JIS CSV (Excel-compatible) | When text is garbled: Excel on Mac, older Excel, and various Japanese CRM and Access imports. |
| Excel workbook (.xlsx) | Hand-off to a colleague, or tools that read spreadsheets directly. |
The export carries the contact's details, the custom fields of your lead form, and the HubSpot and Salesforce sync status columns. Filter the table to created since your last export to produce a delta, and keep the email column as the key in your CRM so repeated imports update rather than duplicate.
Your APIs
Settings → Workspace → Your APIs registers your own endpoints and hands them to the chat agent as tools: an operation to look up an order, check stock, or create a ticket in your system. Each operation has a description the agent reads to decide when to call it, and the Chat → Tools step lets you tick which APIs an agent may use. This is how a CRM without a native integration can still be consulted or written to mid-conversation; it is not a background sync of every contact.
Notifications as a feed
For a lightweight push, a notification ruleset can email every new lead and meeting to an address your CRM's email-to-lead feature watches. The email lists name, title, company, email, phone and the custom form fields, so a parser on the receiving side has everything a contact needs.
Frequently asked questions
Is Kintone supported?
Not as a native sync. Export contacts as Shift-JIS CSV and import them into your Kintone app, or use the notification email as a feed. If you need more, tell us which Kintone app and fields you use.
Will more CRMs be added?
HubSpot and Salesforce are the native integrations today. Ask us about the one you use; the Eloqua form push shows the shape a lighter integration can take.
Can we get a webhook for every new lead?
Notification webhooks post to Google Chat spaces, not to arbitrary endpoints. For a machine-readable feed, use the notification email or the CSV export for now.
Does the export include anonymous visitors?
No. Only contacts, people who gave an email, are exported. Visitors who were recognised by company but never identified are on the Visitors and Companies views, not in the export.
