Sales Insights

Sales-ready contacts and accounts showing buying intent across your website, content and meetings. Where Traffic Insights is for marketing, this page is for whoever picks up the phone: who is hot right now, which meetings are coming up, and which companies are reading without having told you yet. It is hidden for a customer-support agent.

Period and filters

Choose Last 30 days or a completed calendar quarter; the in-progress quarter is not offered. The 30-day view is live-leaning, with Active <1h and New markers; a quarter view is historical, and ranks hot contacts and companies by their engagement at the time rather than replaying activity. Meeton assists only narrows contacts to those with a Meeton conversion event, as on the Insights overview. Connect your CRM appears where a section needs deal outcomes.

Inbound: funnel, hot contacts and meetings

The KPI row: engaged companies, new contacts, meetings, contact → meeting rate, pipeline influenced, hot contacts, average time to convert and average time to book. Each count opens a drill-down list. Pipeline influenced sums deal amounts, so it asks for a default deal currency if none is set and notes when deals span several currencies.

Hot contacts
Contacts showing the strongest buying intent right now, to reach while they are warm: contact, company, source, Why now (the signal that put them here), intent out of 100, engagement and an Act column with the next step.
Meetings
Upcoming and Completed meetings booked from your website, with when, who booked, via which surface, and the outcome: Won, Deal open, No-show or Lost. A meeting opens a detail drawer with its owner and contact.
Lead source
Meeton, Web form, Import or Other.

Leaderboard

How your team's sales metrics rank against other DynaMeet teams: contact → meeting rate, meeting → won rate, speed to lead, speed to meeting and cycle time to won, each marked higher- or lower-is-better, with a percentile, an AI key insight and a recommendation. Won-rate benchmarking needs deal outcomes from HubSpot or Salesforce. Suppression rules are the ones on the overview.

Term

Speed to lead is inside-sales shorthand for how fast a new lead gets a first response; cycle time is how long from first contact to a won deal. Both are standard sales-ops metrics, and both are measured here from Meeton's own timestamps and your CRM's deal dates.

Outbound: hot companies and accounts

The second half is about companies rather than people.

Hot companies
Companies showing the strongest buying intent on your website right now (or, for a quarter, the most engaged in that period), to prioritise outreach. Each card shows last activity; a click opens the account detail.
Target list insights
Where your engaged-but-unconverted companies cluster: hot industries, company sizes and regions, each with the number of companies. The product's suggestion is to prospect target lists from the hottest segments.
Lookalike accounts
Your ideal customer profile, derived from the industries, sizes and regions of the companies where you already have contacts, and the suggested target accounts that match it and are already engaging.
All accounts
Every company browsing but not yet a contact, with a Live activity feed of the last 24 hours.

An account's detail shows visitors, sessions, pages viewed, the contacts at the company (and how many visitors are not identified yet), firmographics (industry, employees, capital, location, phone, website, founded, president, listing) and a page-level timeline for the period.

Inbound on the left: people. Outbound on the right: companies that have not told you who they are yet.

Export

Export PDF writes a Pipeline Insights report with the inbound and outbound sections, available once the page has finished loading. Long lists are truncated with a count of what is left in the app.

Frequently asked questions

What makes a contact hot?

Their current intent level and score, the same ones shown on the record and explained on the Dashboard overview: a booked meeting, purchase-page reading after research, and the medium-level signals behind it. The Why now column names the deciding signal.

Why are companies on this page not in my Companies tab filter?

They are the same companies; All accounts simply pre-filters to companies without a contact. The Companies tab shows all of them.

Does the ICP update itself?

Yes. It is recomputed from the companies where you currently have contacts, so it moves as your customer base does.
