Dashboard

The Meeton ai dashboard at app.dynameet.ai is where the five modules report back: who is on your site, who became a contact, which companies they belong to, and what each module contributed. This section walks through the sidebar, tab by tab. Module settings are covered under Modules; the tag and platform features under Platform.

The sidebar: three groups, one page each. Every Audience tab carries a live count, and a Live on your site pill shows who is browsing right now.

The sidebar

GroupTabsWhat you do there
AudienceVisitors · Contacts · Companies · Emails · Ads · TasksWork the people and accounts on your site: read conversations, reply, assign owners, approve emails, build ad journeys, track follow-ups.
InsightsTraffic · Sales · ROI · SupportReports over a period: the weekly marketing report, the sales funnel and hot accounts, return on investment, and, for a support agent, deflection and CSAT.
Insights by ModuleChat · Library · Ads · Calendar · IntentOne report per module, all built the same way: a funnel from engaged visitors to leads, a week-by-week matrix, and drill-downs to the people behind every number.

Three things sit around the tabs:

  • Live on your site. A pill saying how many visitors from how many companies are browsing right now. Each number is a link to the live-filtered Visitors or Companies tab.
  • Jump to… A page search for the whole dashboard, settings included: type calendars, members or knowledge. The same menu switches workspace and the interface language, and toggles light or dark mode.
  • Settings. The sidebar's settings button opens Settings → Apps → Meeton AI, where every module is configured. The overview page lists where things live there.

Three kinds of record

Everything in the dashboard hangs off three records, and knowing which one you are looking at explains most of the numbers.

Visitor
One browser on one device, recognised by the widget's cookie. Anonymous until the person identifies themselves. Holds the sessions, page views, conversations and timeline. See Visitors.
Contact
A person who shared their contact details or booked a meeting, in the widget, on a form on your site, by CSV import, or from your CRM. A contact links to every visitor record that turned out to be the same person, so one contact can have several visitors. See Contacts.
Company
The organisation a visitor belongs to, identified from their contact record, from what they told the chat, or from their network. Companies carry firmographics, an engagement score and every visitor and contact that matched. See Companies.
Note

The Insights pages count contacts as the goal of every funnel: a contact is created the moment someone shares their details or books a meeting, and is counted once, in the week they converted. Older parts of the product and the CSV exports still say lead for the same thing.

Intent, stage and Meeton Assists

Three attributes appear on visitors, contacts and companies alike.

Intent

A level, High, Medium or Low, with a score out of 100 that orders people within a level. The level comes from which signals fired; the score adds points for how many. The product's own rules, shown under How is this decided? on any record:

  • High: booked a meeting on a Meeton calendar, viewed a purchase page after researching, or read a purchase page in depth.
  • Medium: none of those, but at least one of: chatted, clicked an ad, read a research page in depth, came back on another day, or spent 10 or more minutes on the site.
  • Low: none of the above. A first look at a research page alone stays Low.
  • Reading a careers or support page in depth lowers the level by one. It does not lower a booked meeting.

Signals stop counting after a period without a visit or a meeting; the record shows the number of days next to the signals, with an Expired heading once it has passed.

Stage and exclusions

A visitor's stage is Visitor, Contact or Meeting booked, and moves forward on its own. A contact's status goes further: Active, Contact, Meeting booked, Deal open, Customer, Lost or Disqualified. Both can carry an exclusion label that keeps them out of the funnels: Competitor, Already a customer (before first contact), Spam / Reverse sales or Test.

Meeton Assists

Which Meeton components played a part for this person: Chat, Calendar, Ads and the Library, green with a count where there was activity, grey where there was none. On a conversion the dashboard also records how Meeton was involved:

Direct
Converted within Meeton: a lead form in the widget, a booking, a Library form.
Assisted
Converted via a form on your website, after a chat, an ad, a calendar view or a document touched the visitor first.
Unassisted
Converted via a form on your website without significant assistance from Meeton.
Term

Assist is borrowed from web analytics, where an assisted conversion is one a channel contributed to without being the last click. Meeton uses it the same way: a chat that happened three days before someone filled in your contact form is an assist, not the conversion.

Emails, Ads and Tasks

Three more Audience tabs belong to modules or workflows documented elsewhere.

Emails
The queue of outbound Meeton Email follow-ups, one row per email with its contact, subject, sequence and status: Scheduled, Queued, Pending approval, Sent, Failed or Overdue. From a row you can approve, edit, regenerate, reschedule, send a test to yourself, send now, or cancel. A scheduled email whose content is not written yet shows Content pending; Write this email draft now writes it early, after which it no longer updates itself with new activity.
Ads
Where Meeton Ads journeys, placements and creatives are built. Their results are in Insights by Module → Ads.
Tasks
Follow-ups and reminders across all contacts. A task has a title, an optional description, an assignee, a due date and a status (Open, In progress, Done), and is either linked to a contact or standalone. The list groups open tasks into Overdue, Today, Upcoming and No due date, with an Assigned to me filter. Tasks are also created from a contact's record.

Sales and support agents

The sidebar follows the agent type you chose in Setup. A sales agent sees everything above. A customer-support agent sees Visitors, Traffic Insights, Support Insights and Insights by Module; Contacts, Companies, Emails, Ads, Tasks, Sales and ROI are hidden, and a link into one of them sends you back to Visitors.

Troubleshooting

The sidebar is missing Contacts, Companies or SalesThe agent is configured as customer supportSetup → agent type. The support layout is by design; switch the type if the team sells.
Couldn't load live count in place of the pillThe background poll failed and there is no last-known countReload on the pill. If it persists, check that the tag is installed and your network allows app.dynameet.ai.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a separate dashboard per website?

No. One workspace covers every domain you registered, and the records mix. The Traffic Insights report breaks numbers out by domain, and the per-module reports have a site lens to show one domain at a time.

Who can see the dashboard?

Every member of the workspace, with the roles described under Team members. Some not-yet-released tabs are marked DynaMeet only and are visible to DynaMeet staff alone.

Can I change the interface language without changing the visitor-facing language?

Yes. The language switcher in the sidebar menu changes your own interface only. What visitors see follows their browser and the auto-translate setting of each module.
