ROI Insights

Return on investment from your Meeton agent, priced from your own inputs. The page takes the meetings Meeton booked, multiplies them by what a meeting is worth to you, and sets that against what you pay. Hidden for a customer-support agent.

Period

Pick Last 7, 30, 60 or 90 days, Month to date, Previous month, Quarter to date, Previous quarter, or a custom start and end. Every KPI is compared with the period of the same length before it (vs last period), and the bar at the top says which two periods are being compared. Print prints the page.

The scorecard

Primary outcome KPIs

Meetings booked
Total meetings generated by Meeton in the period.
Pipeline value
Meetings × ACV × close rate. You enter the ACV (annual contract value) and the close rate on the card, in units of ten thousand yen (万円) and percent.
Cost / meeting
Monthly platform cost ÷ meetings booked. You enter the monthly cost.
ROI
(Pipeline − monthly cost) ÷ monthly cost, shown as a multiple.

Supporting KPIs

Time to meeting
Average days from when a contact first appeared to when their first meeting was booked, for Meeton-assisted contacts only, with the number of meetings it is based on.
IS team time saved
Estimated hours saved by the inside sales team, and the labour cost at the hourly rate from your salary setting. The breakdown adds minutes per session screened, per conversation (plus actual chat time), per ad click matched to an offer, and per lead or meeting administered.
Contact → meeting rate
The share of captured contacts that resulted in a booked meeting, with the absolute counts.
External contacts captured
Contacts from non-Meeton sources (form submits, CSV imports and so on) and their share of all contacts. The card notes that these can be nurtured with Meeton Email.
Term

ACV, annual contract value, and close rate are the two inputs every SaaS pipeline model uses; IS is inside sales, the team that qualifies and books before a field rep takes over. The page uses the field's own names so the numbers can be dropped into a finance review as they are.

Sections

Meetings by source

Conversion funnel
Visitors → Engaged visitors → Contacts captured → Meetings booked, with the drop-off at each step. Engaged visitors here are those who interacted with the widget or stayed long enough to be qualified.
Trend
Meetings booked and leads captured over the period.

Frequently asked questions

Are won deals used anywhere on this page?

Pipeline value here is an estimate from ACV and close rate, not from actual deals. Actual deal outcomes from your CRM, or added by hand on a contact, feed the Sales Insights leaderboard and the contact's Customer status.

Can I set the currency?

The inputs on this page are labelled in yen. The default deal currency used for Pipeline influenced in Sales Insights is a separate setting, reachable from that KPI.

Who sees the hourly rate?

It comes from your salary setting and appears only on this page, under the time-saved card.
