Traffic Insights

The weekly marketing performance report across traffic, content and conversions, shown for every agent type. Pick a window of completed weeks (see Windows and periods) and read it top to bottom: a table of contents on the side jumps to each panel, and most panels end with an AI-written Key insight, AI suggestion and Expected result.

Funnel KPIs

The report opens with the funnel for the week or window, each card with a tooltip giving its exact definition:

Visitors
Unique people who visited, counted once however many pages or returns.
Bounce rate
The share who left without engaging: not 10 seconds on the site, not a second page, no chat, no contact. Lower is better.
Engageable visitors
Everyone who did engage. The base for the rates that follow.
EV → Chat rate
Of engageable visitors, the share who started a chat with the assistant.
EV → Contact rate
Of engageable visitors, the share who became a contact by sharing details or booking a meeting.
Contacts captured
Contacts created in the period, each counted once in the week they converted. The goal of the funnel.

Trends and domains

The KPI trend matrix puts eight metrics side by side across the weeks of the window, each with how it was combined (people counted once per window, events summed, rates pooled): visitors, engageable visitors, bounce rate, EV→Contact rate, contacts captured, page views, chat conversations and email open rate.

Domains breaks the same numbers out per site running your widget: visitors, engaged, EV→Contact, contacts and the traffic mix (organic, paid, direct, referral, social, email, AI assistants), with a week-by-week trajectory per site. For a single domain the panel is a one-row summary.

Leaderboard

Your funnel rates ranked against the other teams on DynaMeet, computed from last week's snapshot or pooled over the window. Rate-based metrics only; your raw data is never shared. Tiers, suppression and the AI commentary are described on the Insights overview. A What top performers do panel turns the leaderboard into concrete areas of improvement and areas to explore for your site.

Content

Page performance and contact conversion: total page views, how many different pages were seen by at least one visitor who became a contact (Contact-generating pages), and the top converting page. The table lists each page URL with views, contacts and CVR. Two cautions from the product itself: contacts are attributed to every page in their journey, so a page here did not necessarily cause the conversion, and a page with very few views can top the CVR list, so read it beside the view count.

Traffic and audience

Traffic sources
Where each visitor came from, from their UTM tags and the referring site: Direct (typed or bookmarked), Organic search, AI assistants, Paid / Ads, Social, Email or Referral. Each row has visitors, EV rate, contact rate and the contacts themselves, whose first visit came from that source, including the ones who browsed for days and converted in the chat, which an ad platform records as no conversion at all.
Device, language, country
Visitors split by device (tablets with mobile), by the browser's preferred language, and by country estimated from the IP address. Groups with fewer than 3 visitors are folded into Other; VPN users appear under the network's exit country.
First-time vs returning
Visitors whose first-ever visit falls in the window versus those who came back, the same split as GA4's new and returning users, with engaged rate, chatted, contacts, meetings and contact rate per row. Plus the median number of visit days before converting, and how many contacts converted on their first visit or after five or more.
Campaign parameters (UTM)
Every distinct set of utm_* parameters visitors arrived with, with visits, visitors and contacts. Values are lowercased so rows group the way a welcome-message rule matches, and Set welcome message opens Chat settings with a page-specific message drafted for exactly that combination. Ad click IDs such as gclid are shown by name only. Search, direct and untagged traffic is not here.

AI assistants

Inbound traffic referred by ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Copilot: visitors, engageable visitors, EV→Contact rate and top landing page per assistant, a trend over the window, and week-by-week insights. The panel calls itself a floor: many assistants send visitors with no referrer, so those visits land in Direct, and real AI-assistant traffic is higher than shown. Google AI Overviews arrive via google.com and are counted under organic search.

Tip

To get cited by assistants, the product's own advice is to publish citable, well-structured pages: assistants quote pages they can parse.

Google Search keywords

With Google Search Console connected under Integrations and a property selected, the report pulls total clicks, impressions, overall CTR and average position, plus top queries (with top countries) and top pages (with the top keywords that brought clicks). Search opportunities lists Striking distance queries ranking on page 2 (positions 11 to 20), where small gains yield the biggest click lifts, and Low-CTR opportunities, high-impression queries below 2% CTR whose title and description deserve a rewrite. Search Console can take 2 to 3 days to report a period.

Chat, Library and email

Top chat topics
Conversations grouped by topic with how many became a contact. A Content gap analysis lists exit topics and unanswered questions, with occurrences and contacts lost; an AI pass over the full corpus adds buckets, recommendations and a TF-IDF keyword list. The first AI analysis of a week takes 1 to 3 minutes and is then cached.
Library performance
Per material: impressions, clicks, downloads, contacts and download rate. A settings footer shows how many documents are enabled and what changed this week, with a link to the activity log.
Visitor email performance
Per email sequence: sent, opens and open rate, clicks and click-to-open rate, meetings booked by contacts who received an email in the period and the email→meeting CVR.

Each of these has a fuller, module-specific version under Insights by Module.

Export

Export report downloads a PDF of the window: a multi-week overview with trends, leaderboard, a deep dive of every panel and the by-week insights, optionally with every weekly slide deck appended. For a one-week window it is that week's deck. Export becomes available once the report has finished loading.

Frequently asked questions

Why do contact counts here differ from the Contacts tab?

Here a contact is counted in the week they converted and only inside the window; the tab is a live list. Meeton assists only also narrows the report when it is on.

Can I get the report by email every week?

Not from this page. Export the PDF after the week closes, or use a notification ruleset for the events you want pushed.

Which language is the AI commentary in?

The language of your dashboard interface at the time the report was generated.
