Meeton Library

Upload a deck or a PDF, share it by link or in chat, and let the AI explain it to whoever opens it. You see who viewed what, how far they read, and when, so a warmed-up prospect can be carried into a meeting or a follow-up without a CRM in place.

What the visitor sees

The viewer with the AI sidebar on. The agent answers in the context of the document and can jump to the page, or offer a call.

What it does

  1. Prepare and share materials

Upload a PDF or deck under Settings → Meeton AI → Library. Each document gets a share URL and a cover, and becomes available to the chat agent and to Ads.

  2. AI explains and nurtures

Inside the viewer the visitor can ask questions, and the agent answers in the context of the material, moving their understanding forward instead of leaving them with a download.

  3. Read reactions, make the next move

Opens, page-by-page reads, downloads and chat mentions land on the contact's timeline, and can trigger a notification or a Meeton Email follow-up.

The settings, step by step

Per document

Visible in the library
When enabled, the document is visible to website visitors in the library hub. Sort order controls where it appears; lower numbers first.
Gate from page
Visitors must provide contact info to view pages from this page onwards. Gate from page 1 for a classic gated asset, or let them read the first pages free and gate the rest.
Schedule
Optional start and end dates for when the document is available.
Boost on pages
The document is available on all pages. Add URL patterns to prioritise it when a visitor is on a matching page, with * as a wildcard: /product* or */product-a.
Quick replies
The suggested questions shown to visitors on each page. Leave blank to use AI-generated defaults, written per page after the PDF is processed.

The library as a whole

AI chat sidebar
On, visitors see an AI chat sidebar next to the documents and can ask questions about them. Off, visitors see documents only: the sidebar, starter questions and the Book a call button are hidden.
Starter questions
Up to 3 quick-reply questions shown when a visitor first opens the AI sidebar. Empty, auto-generated questions based on document titles are shown.
Book a call
Show a button in the Library so visitors can schedule a meeting from the viewer.
Appearance
Colour scheme, dark mode and the call-to-action text.

Opening a document from your page

JavaScript
window.Meeton.openLibrary({ docId: "DOC_ID", pageNumber: 3, src: "pricing-page-cta" });

The docId is on the document's row in Settings → Library. src is free-text attribution that appears with the view event. openDownloadCenter() is the older name for the same method and still works. A Meeton Ads creative can do the same with its Hands over a document action.

Identification and files

  • A share URL opened from an email that Meeton sent carries dmContactId, so the read is attributed to that contact even on a fresh device.
  • A known contact's reads sync to the CRM as timeline activity when CRM sync is on.
  • Documents, covers and images are stored in the Tokyo region and fetched by the widget frame from dynameet-client-uploads.s3.ap-northeast-1.amazonaws.com. That host matters only to a corporate firewall or proxy; see Domains & CSP.

Where it shows up in the dashboard

  • Performance → Library for document performance: views, page reads, downloads and the leads they produced.
  • Contacts show a Shared content section listing what each person received and read.
  • Notifications can alert on a document view or download, and Meeton Email treats a read as a signal to follow up.
