Platform

CRM, notifications & team

The pieces every module shares: the HubSpot and Salesforce connection, notification rules, conversion events for your ad platforms, target account lists, and how your team signs in. All of it lives under Settings, and every change is written to the activity log.

CRM sync

Settings → Meeton AI → CRM sync connects HubSpot or Salesforce with OAuth. The sync is two-way:

  • Outbound. A visitor who identifies themselves becomes a contact in the CRM, with company, source and the conversation as an activity. Bookings log a meeting; a deal or opportunity can be created by rule. Document reads and email opens follow as timeline activities.
  • Inbound. Existing leads and their owners, stages and deals are read back, so the dashboard shows the CRM's view of each contact and Meeton Email can follow up contacts you already have.
  • Field mapping. Standard fields map by default; map your own properties, and the hidden form values from your page, on the same screen.
  • Status. Each contact shows a sync indicator with the last successful write and any error, so a broken mapping is visible on the record rather than in a log.
Note

HubSpot forms embedded on your site are recognised by the tag, and the identity is handed to HubSpot's own tracking queue as well, so the HubSpot contact and the Meeton visitor line up even before the sync runs.

Notifications

Settings → Meeton AI → Notifications holds notification rulesets: who receives what, through which channels. A ruleset is reused across modules, so one "sales team" rule can cover chat, bookings, downloads and email drafts.

PartOptions
EventsChat started, lead captured, meeting booked, meeting cancelled, document viewed or downloaded, visitor from a target account, key page visited, email ready to send, pending email review, reply received.
DestinationsSlack channels (picked from the connected workspace), Microsoft Teams, Google Chat, or email addresses.
Key pagesURL patterns (pricing, contact, case studies) whose visits count as a high-intent event on their own.
ConditionsOnly known contacts, only target accounts, only business hours, and so on.

Conversion tracking

Settings → Meeton AI → Conversions maps each visitor action the widget tracks, such as a lead captured or a meeting booked, to a conversion event in your ad platforms, so campaigns optimise on real outcomes rather than page views.

  • Each tracked action (chat started, lead captured, meeting booked, document downloaded) can be mapped to a conversion event, so the platform learns from outcomes.
  • LinkedIn conversion tracking loads LinkedIn's own Insight Tag from snap.licdn.com when you enable it, which is the only third-party script Meeton ever adds. See Domains & CSP.

Target accounts

Settings → Meeton AI → Target accounts imports lists of companies you want to watch. When a visitor's company is recognised from the network they browse from and it is on a list, the chat agent knows, the visitor is flagged on the dashboard, and a notification rule can alert the owner while they are still on the site.

Team and sign-in

ControlWhat it does
RolesOwner, Admin, Editor and Viewer limit what each member can change. Viewers read; Editors change module settings; Admins manage members and integrations; Owners handle billing and security.
Google single sign-onEnabled per team with the company domains that may sign in. Members outside those domains cannot use SSO for this team.
Required MFAEnforced for the whole team; each member's status is visible to admins.
Network access restrictionSign-in limited to the IP addresses you list. Other teams a person belongs to are unaffected.
Support accessDynaMeet staff can open your team for support only. Access is time-limited, every action is logged, and you can switch it off here.
Activity logEvery settings change, with who changed what and the before and after values.
Data & privacyWhether anonymised, statistically processed data may be used to improve the product. See Data & security.

Plans and traffic

Plans are sized by monthly sessions. When a team is over its plan limit, paused or cancelled, the service gate stops serving its tag within a minute, and the tag on the site does nothing from then on until the plan is adjusted. Traffic and module usage are visible under Settings → Billing.
