Tools & advanced
Tools are the actions the agent can take. Each one it can use adds its own instructions to the prompt. Advanced is how the agent behaves mid-chat and who gets to chat with it.
Tools
| Tool | What the agent can do with it |
|---|---|
| Booking | Offer slots and book a meeting through Meeton Calendar, honouring routing and screening. |
| Library | Hand over or recommend a Library document, rendered as cards under the answer. |
| Lead form | Ask for contact details with the form configured under Lead form. |
| From your APIs | Endpoints you registered under Integrations. Tick an API to let the agent use its enabled operations; each has a description the agent reads to decide when to call it. |
